1. General Information
Sahelo.de operates as an online marketplace where selected partner companies (hereafter referred to as “sellers”) offer automotive parts and accessories directly to customers. Sahelo.de provides and maintains the technical platform, while sales contracts, deliveries, returns, and refunds are handled directly between the buyer and the respective seller.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you purchase as a private consumer within the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 days from the day you receive the goods, without stating a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
The right of withdrawal expires if:
- The part has been installed or mounted in a vehicle
- The part is damaged or shows signs of use
- The part was ordered as a custom or special order
- The return is initiated after the 7-day period
Important: Before installation, always verify that the ordered part is compatible with your vehicle or gearbox. The original packaging must remain in good condition in case of a return.
3. Conditions for Returns
Returned items must: - Be in perfect, resalable condition - Be returned in the original packaging - Include all components and accessories - Be accompanied by a copy of the invoice showing the order number.
If parts are damaged due to insufficient packaging, the customer bears the responsibility and cost.
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact the seller directly using the contact details provided in your Sahelo.de order portal.
2. Clearly explain the reason for the return.
3. Include a copy of the invoice and mark the items being returned.
4. Send the goods to the return address provided by the seller.
Some sellers may offer a return shipping label for a fee. Please confirm this directly with the seller.
All communication regarding returns should be handled via your Sahelo.de order portal, accessible through the login link sent by email or SMS after your purchase.
5. Non-Accepted Returns
The seller reserves the right to reject returns in the following cases: - Missing parts or incomplete items - Items not originally purchased from the seller - Returns sent without prior notice - Items returned after 7 days without valid reason - Items that have been installed, used, or damaged
If a return is rejected, the item may be sent back to the customer. In such cases, sellers may offer free return shipping back to the customer, depending on their individual return policy.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the seller has received and inspected the returned item.
- The refund amount corresponds to the value of the returned goods, excluding shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
- Refund timelines depend on the seller and the original payment method.

Buyer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details and vehicle information
- Carefully review product listings and prices before purchase
- Confirm part compatibility before installation
8. Final Notes
Sahelo.de does not take ownership of listed products and is not a contractual party in sales agreements. All legal claims related to purchases, returns, or refunds must be addressed directly with the seller.
